• Previous customer service experience
• Telecommunications experience is preferred not a necessity
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google suite (Gmail, Gcal)
• Ability to Work proactively as part of a team or independently
• Keen Goal setter and achiever
• Ability to think outside the box
• Adept at shortcutting processes to increase results
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Warm and welcoming phone manner

• 8 hour shift
• Flexible hours
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
