About the company
A leading financial services firm is looking for their next Administration Assistant to join their growing team. This Melbourne based business is not your average professional services firm.
As a full service business solution provider, they combine all the core business services (accounting, bookkeeping, finance, insurance, and more).
In your office, you'll work with other talented individuals like yourself.As a member of their national ranks, you'll also have access to a vast knowledge base, making it easy to ask tricky questions or bounce off ideas.
About the role
Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for tackling the very important administrative work in the day to day operations.
You will be an administrative professional who is eager to learn and develop their skills across a variety of admin tasks, as well as someone who can manage deadlines in a timely manner.
Duties:
- Liaise and manage a range of phone calls and administration of queries and information from customers and the internal team
- Providing a high level of service to key internal and external parties
- Assisting with audits of client documentation
- Support to senior administration staff and accountants
Skills & experience:
- Previous experience in an administration role would be a bonus, even if it's less than a year
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Good time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Bachelor of Business or Cert IV in Business, Diploma in Business advantageous but not essential
