Your Role:

As the first point of contact, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our clients' experiences.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Greeting and assisting clients and their pets with a warm, reassuring smile.
Managing appointment schedules to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Handling phone inquiries with professionalism and care.
Processing payments and managing patient records with attention to detail.
Assisting in maintaining a clean and welcoming clinic environment.

We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a reception or customer service role (veterinary clinic experience is a plus but not required).
Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with animals and people.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
A compassionate and patientoriented approach.
Basic computer skills for scheduling and data management.
