Monash Health Imaging is seeking an Experienced Administration Team Leader

About Monash Health

About the Role


Working closely with the Site Administration Supervisor, your key responsibility will be to facilitate the daily administration functions and needs of the Imaging department based mainly at Moorabbin and Kingston Health Centre.

You will assist both the administration team and the Site Administration Supervisor by promoting and maintaining an open communication flow with all internal and external stakeholders.

Your regular hours will be rostered between Monday and Friday each week, however there is a need for you to be able to work after hours and/or weekends on occasion as the business requires.

As a clear communicator, you have the ability to quickly build rapport with others, working well with other team members.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:


  • Demonstrated team leadership experience including staff performance management
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changing situations readily
  • Strong team player attributes
  • A willingness to learn and share skills and experience with the team
  • Previous experience in an Imaging environment will be strongly preferred
