Your Role:

As a Field Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and building a dynamic door-to-door sales team (Automotive).

Your leadership will be instrumental in taking these teams to new heights, driving efficiency, and achieving ambitious goals.


What We're Looking For:


  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role.
  • Proven resultsdriven mindset.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Indepth understanding of direct marketing.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a customerfocused approach.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Essential experience in DoortoDoor sales.

Job Types:

Salary:
$100, $140,000.00 per year
