About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Service Receptionist, to work at our busy
Honda Service Department located in Narellan.


The role will involve the following:

  • Answer and directing incoming calls
  • Greeting Guests and directing them appropriately
  • Assisting potential clients with enquiries
  • Booking Vehicle in for Service and Recalls in ERA and Excel
  • General administration support duties
  • We are open to junior or noexperience applicants.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi task
