The role
This role will be responsible for developing, implementing and sustaining the integrated company-wide Ethics and Compliance program.

You will provide expert advice, guidance and support to the relevant Business Unit's and Global Functions through a strong partnership with relevant stakeholders at BU level.

You will work with compliance risk owners/SME's, stakeholders at BU level to update and deploy Ethics and Compliance initiatives throughout the business in alignment with business priorities.


Key responsibilities include

  • Creating and developing effective Business Unit/local Code of Conduct (CoC) governance structure, aligned with CCEP's CoC reporting framework Driving alignment and consistency with BU/local CoC committees and sharing best practices. Providing guidance and supports to complex or Tier 2 investigations related to CoC violations and providing expertise to remediate identified root causes
  • Working with chairs of local E&C committees to address local governance reporting requirements, aligned with corporate reporting requirements and to provide Business Unit oversight on CoC breaches and trends.
  • Upskilling Business Unit CoC committee members to the applicable key elements of CCEP's E&C programme
  • Defining, collecting and analysing CoC data to contribute to the development of the E&C strategy and reporting requirements (companywide and BU related)
  • Leading companywide E&C activities with the launch of a new CoC and harmonisation and integration of companywide policies and procedures and ensures revision, implementing and continuously improvement to ensure they are up to date and clearly communicate compliance issues
  • Supporting the building of a sustainable companywide policy governance program, and oversee key elements of such a policy governance program
  • Creation and implementation of BU E&C communication strategy
  • Regularly monitoring E&C developments, trends, to identify opportunities and risks at BUlevel. Identify and implement improved processes, best practices, policy and procedures to meet CCEP's E&C compliance objective.
  • Supporting E&C risk assessments and ongoing risk monitoring, E&C programs to mitigate specific E&C risks (as GDPR, antibribery, competition law) as well as designing E&C related training curriculum and programmes and working with the business and functional teams to implement these programs.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • proven track record in compliance, legal, audit, risk assessment or transferable skills (e.g., anti-bribery)
  • 8+ years of business or other relevant experience
  • Experience in facilitating large groups and influencing others cross functionally
  • Project and change management experience
  • Experience in business partnering in complex cross functional multiterritory matrix environments
- strong skills in managing and influencing informal and formal external/internal stakeholders' networks on E&C management

  • Strong interest and aptitude for analytic thinking and data analysis
  • Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills
