8 South is a leading tertiary referral surgical ward specialising in complex Colorectal, Upper GI and Urology specialities.

Current positions available:

Experienced RN's Interested in a specialist surgical career path in any of our specialties including
Upper GI, Colorectal, and Urology
Minimum 4 years post registration experience in surgical nursing.
Permanent Rotating Roster 12hour shifts
Permanent night duty available 12hour shifts
Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Eligibility to work in Australia
At least 4 years of postgraduate experience within an acute hospital care setting
An interest in supporting patients during acute oncological treatment
Ability and commitment to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
A passion to make a difference in the care of patients and their extended families
Ability to successfully work with a multidisciplinary team
Ability to work on a rotating roster with oncall duties
