Information Technology Project Coordinator

  • Experience in triaging network related issues preferably past experience with
    Cisco SDWAN
    deployments:
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively addressing issues and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Cable or Yagi on-site queries:


  • Phone triage of retail site issues and coordinating resolution actions with vendors and internal engineering team
  • Work through site fault log by contacting vendors and retail sites
  • Monitor dashboard and address any sites tagged with a site or service fault.
  • Liaise and follow up with internal stakeholder requests or escalations.
  • Quality check iAuditor inspections.
  • Regular reporting of status to the engineering lead

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$80, $100,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Experience:


  • Cisco SD-WAN Deployments: 4 years (required)
