About the Role:

CFA offers a diverse array of online services to both our members and the wider community.

Reporting to the Digital Communications Team Leader, the Digital Content Coordinator's key task is to enhance CFA's Elastic Search function for better content retrieval on CFA's content management system (which includes Members Online and CFA website).

This role focuses on Search Engine Optimisation, collaborating with other CFA stakeholders to improve backend metadata. The Coordinator also aids CFA members to enhance new content quality and support SEO efforts.

The role involves optimising digital content and website pages for SEO, including keyword research and metadata alignment. Collaboration with content owners, analysing data, and suggesting improvements are key. Curating search indexing, adhering to standards, and maintaining effective relationships are also important for enhancing the search program. The position contributes to strategic directives and continuous improvement while ensuring content meets CFA standards. Documentation preparation and professional networking are also integral to the role.


About You:

  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Proven SEO experience.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Proven experience and skill in developing content for relevant intranet pages.
  • Working knowledge of HMTL and CSS
  • Problemsolving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective relationships
