As the first point of contact and the face of the brand, the Real Estate Receptionist is a key representative of our business and is responsible for providing exceptional service and client experiences while also providing effective and efficient support to our sales and administration teams.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:
-
Answering and vetting all incoming calls to the office, taking messages where required providing adequate information to the recipient, and ensuring the front reception and phone is covered at all times

Providing an exceptional experience for all clients
-
Supporting real estate administration duties; including key management, file management, calendar management etc.
-
Liaising with and managing contractors
-
Assisting with data entry and ongoing maintenance of the Client Relationship Management systems
-
Managing office stationery
-
Ensuring adherence and obligation for a safe workplace in accordance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act (2004)
-
Being an advocate for the brand
-
Undertaking other duties including (but not limited to) project work, supporting events and other initiatives as required.

Skills, attributes, knowledge and experience required:


  • Professional phone manner
-
Good standard of document processing and skills in utilising CRMs, Google Suite and social media
-
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to develop and maintain effective and efficient working relationships
-
Ability to adapt and focus in a fast-paced and diverse work environment
-
Ability to work both independently and also contribute to a large team
-
Ability to support and encourage team members working within a close team

Essential position requirements:

-
No experience in Real Estate is required; further training provided
-
Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate, Agent's Representative); can be completed as a part of on-the-job training
-
Current Police Check
-
Current Victorian Driver's Licence
