Commercial Property Manager
Opportunity to take your next step in our Commercial Property Manager role based in Hawthorn area. With handover/training provided, a solid base salary of K + Super + Comms and a great company culture.

1 day/week Work from Home, 9-5pm with No Weekends Role available due to growth.

Handover is provided for you to take over 130 retail properties. Clean portfolio with low staff turnover. Great directors who care about their staff, provide staff events, training and spend money where they need to


Your commercial sales & leasing agent will assist you to manage the portfolio and get properties leased You will also have admin/accounts support.

Work close to home in a Tier 2 boutique commercial office with 20+ staff using Cirrus 8 Software.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage your own portfolio of 130 ~ commercial properties (almost all retail shops etc with some odd industrial properties) located in the inner eastern suburbs around Hawthorn, Toorak etc
  • Liaise with owners/tenants and handle enquiries, manage compliance, maintenance requests and condition reports
  • Portfolio management duties (inspections, routines) with assistance
  • Accounts support provided
Get into a great Commercial Role. For this role, commercial pm experience is ideal, even if it is 30 properties + you have managed.

Will mostly consider full fledged commercial property managers.


WHAT'S ON OFFER:

- $105,000-$115,000 + Super + Commissions (New business/incentives)

THE

IDEAL

CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:


  • Solid understanding of commercial property management with commercial portfolio management experience
  • Have completed relevant industry training, agents rep certificate etc
  • Excellent communication skills and admin skills with further skillbuilding in property management software
  • Hold a valid driver's license
