Campus Experience Officer

Full-time, continuing appointment

Professional level 5 salary $70,648 to $81,617

Plus 17% Superannuation and 4 weeks annual leave

Sydney Campus

Provide administrative support to CDU's Associate Vice-Chancellor for the Sydney Region

About the Position
As the Campus Experience Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the experience of students, staff, partners and community.

Along with providing professional administrative support to the Associate Vice Chancellor Sydney Region and the campus, the role plays a key role in ensuring the campus is a vibrant, engaging and inclusive environment for all.

Working with multiple teams, including student engagement, student services, Faculty Managers and international student support, the role helps support Sydney-based operations.

We are looking for someone passionate about customer service, who is organised, creative, and a strong communicator.

This is a highly dynamic role working with multiple teams, so flexibility and enthusiasm for relationship building are a must.


About You

To be successful, you will require:

  • Completion of a Certificate IV in Business or a related area and/or an equivalent combination of relevant knowledge, training, or expertise in a related field.
  • Demonstrated highlevel professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Frontofhouse customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, including planning and prioritization, with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing competing demands.
  • Demonstrated experience organising and running events.
  • Previous experience working in a tertiary education environment would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience using online graphic design tools and social media platforms is desirable.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 5. The base salary will be in the range $70,648 - $81,617 (pro rata) per annum.


The total remuneration package will be in the range of $82,658 - $95,491 (pro rata) per annum, including 17% superannuation.
