About the role

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development & Investor Relations; we are looking for an Investor Relations Manager to join our team based in the Sydney head office.

This position will be offered on a hybrid working pattern of 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week at home.


As a trusted partner, a high level of diplomacy, tact and discretion is a must as you will liaise with stakeholders across Agribusiness and wider industries.

You will be a pro at juggling numerous projects and take a keen interest in understanding the organisation's operations. You will be responsible for;

  • Managing and implementing GrainCorp's investor relations strategy
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with investment community and other relevant stakeholders
  • Managing the development and implementation of the investor relations engagement plan and relevant materials (including but not limited to ASX announcements, investor presentations, half year and annual reporting)
  • Working closely with the Managing Director, CFO, Finance and Corporate Affairs teams to ensure consistency between investor / external / internal communication

About your experience

  • Understanding of investment markets, valuation and accounting and financial analysis
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Desire to increase the understanding of GrainCorp in the investment community
  • High level writing and presentation skills
  • High level of competence using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and sound attention to detail
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • An understanding of investment community drivers, corporate governance practices and market disclosure rules
  • Sound understanding of proxy governance guidelines and experience with proxy engagement
