Beaumont People are currently recruiting for a Part Time Digital Content Specialist to support an established charity based in Redfern.

This is an exciting opportunity for an engaging individual to join a small and dynamic team that is actively bringing about positive change in the Drug and Alcohol rehabilitation space.

In the role, you will work closely with the marketing and fundraising team to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across diverse marketing channels.


About the role:


  • Permanent part time
  • 3 days per week: Required on Tuesdays, with flexibility for the other two days
  • Hybrid work arrangement and central office based in Redfern
- $80,000 + Super + FBT packaging (Pro rata)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partnering with an external agency to supervise the SEO and SEM strategy, offer suggestions and implement changes
  • Collaborating with the Development and Engagement team to establish content objectives
  • Creating and executing EDM and SMS campaigns, as well as retargeting campaigns
  • Expanding upon existing digital marketing initiatives and exploring new avenues to enhance brand recognition, exposure and stakeholder engagement
  • Preparing performance reports and providing recommendations
  • Monitoring follower engagement and analsying content to ensure consistent marketing growth
  • Day to day digital marketing activities including website, social media and general content creation

Key requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problemsolving and analysis
  • Demonstrated problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Previous experience in WordPress, Funraisin and Raisers Edge highly desirable
  • Available to start immediately
  • Willing to undertake a Police Check and obtain a Working with Children Check
