We are currently seeking for a permanent, full time Relationship Manager
  • Partnerships.
This position is responsible for developing the bank's third party broker relationships across designated territory and ensuring an exceptional experience for both the mortgage broker partners and the customer.

This is a remote role and will be based in Perth, WA

What you will be doing

  • Engage with the bank's mortgage broker partners
  • Assess 'new to bank' mortgage brokers and convert them to active supporters of the bank
  • Provide education and support to all brokers to ensure alignment to the bank's credit appetite
  • Ensure new loan funding is within agreed pricing delegations and the current portfolio of loans remains within budget expectations
  • Provide support for the ongoing professional development of existing mortgage brokers
  • Workshop and offer solutions for existing brokers to build business, including values aligned and target market strategies
  • Develop and maintain well established and sustainable external relationships with key partners
  • Meet performance objectives as set by National Manager
  • Partnerships.

What you will bring

  • Significant relationship management and business development experience in an ADI
  • Relevant financial services industry experience
  • Sound knowledge of retail distribution including TPD
  • Sound knowledge of lending
  • Independent thinking and a high level of selfmotivation
  • Effective communication, report writing and influencing skills
  • Experience with and knowledge of the customerowned enterprise model
  • Commitment to Bank Australia's purpose, aspiration, values and brand as well as the B Corp ethos.
