Anglicare SQ Learning and Development (L&D) team is searching for a

Full-Time

Learning and Development Specialist to join us our L&D team based in our

Buranda office.

This is an operational L&D role responsible for client facing training and development services within Anglicare SQ. Some of the responsibilities of the role will include...

  • Plan, design, deliver and evaluate L&D programs, courses, content and training resources.
  • Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders (SMEs, industry, leaders and learners) to scope, design and deliver creative, innovative and highly interactive learning solutions that meet the needs of the organisation
  • Provide training to meet obligations in relation to government, industry and organisational compliance requirements.
  • Utilise data, trends and metrics to inform strategies, solutions, programs and activities
  • Deliver high level administration of all L&D activities
  • Implement process excellence and innovative L&D practices uniformly.

About You

  • L&D professional/specialist, ideally experienced in a clinical, community or human services sector.
  • Significant experience across the full suite of L&D design and delivery methodologies including facetoface, online, experiential, simulations, social learning, content curation, blended and micro learning.
  • Ability to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders (SMEs, industry, leaders and learners) to scope, design and deliver creative, innovative and highly interactive learning solutions.
  • Experienced in the use of eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360 desired) and learning management systems; including providing user support to improve engagement and confidence with the system.
  • Covid19 Immunisation Certificate
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)


  • Current Drivers License

  • Limited Travel Required
