About you

As our Project Coordinator, you'll have excellent customer service and customer focused engagement skills, with the ability to plan and deliver multiple projects on different timeframes.

You'll have a demonstrated ability to solve problems and take initiative, ensuring you can provide excellent administrative support to multiple business functions.


To thrive in this role you'll have:
post-secondary qualification and experience in business support/administration.
demonstrated experience working as part of a small team.
excellent verbal and written communication skills.

be familiar with Microsoft Office suite of products and have the technical ability in the set-up of equipment, with experience with webinar and teleconference systems.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Projects Manager, you'll support the development, preparation and delivery of all project related activities of the Victorian Faculty, ensuring Project Managers feel supported.

You'll be available to work some weekend days and evenings thorough out the year depending on the member activity/events schedule, with the understanding that overtime payment or time off in lieu will apply.


In addition you'll:
identify, analyse and evaluate information and data to resolve problems, identify opportunities and for reporting purposes.
work with and support the Projects Manager to meet deliverables.
comply with all relevant workplace policies and procedures.
