Administration Assistant Required
An exciting opportunity Our client is looking for a part time administration assistant their Kew office. They are looking for a pleasant individual who will become a valued part of their team.
The role involves a variety of tasks including reception, payroll, data entry and invoicing in which on the job training will be provided.
- Excellent communicator, verbal and written
- Drivers Licence and own reliable transport
- Able to maintain and practice confidentiality
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office programs
- Ability to follow instructions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the company
