Description

Due to continued enterprise growth in the ANZ region, a role has become available for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join this Australian fin-tech business.


Reporting to the Head of Customer Success (APAC), you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor and managing a strategic enterprise book of accounts focusing on driving relationships, adoption and retention.
  • Collaborating closely with sales through to product and engineering teams to gather ongoing customer requirements through regular meetings.
  • Driving value of the product with the customer through onboarding and education activities.
  • Running regular reviews including QBR's and product roadmap meetings with customers together with internal teams.

Key Requirements:


  • Must have experience in Customer Success working with Enterprise customers.
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
