Due to continued enterprise growth in the ANZ region, a role has become available for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join this Australian fin-tech business.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success (APAC), you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a trusted advisor and managing a strategic enterprise book of accounts focusing on driving relationships, adoption and retention.
- Collaborating closely with sales through to product and engineering teams to gather ongoing customer requirements through regular meetings.
- Driving value of the product with the customer through onboarding and education activities.
- Running regular reviews including QBR's and product roadmap meetings with customers together with internal teams.
Key Requirements:
- Must have experience in Customer Success working with Enterprise customers.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
