The Position
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Coordinator / Administrator to join a reputable and large organisation. This organisation is located in Logan with parking options available. This role requires an immediate start in a full-time temporary role with review to permanency.
This role allows you to work in a fast-paced organisation while offering you a challenging yet rewarding opportunity.
As the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling technicians and organising repair schedules for a group of technicians across multiple locations.
Your ability to work in a team environment, while coordinating competing daily workflows will be highly attractive for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
- Preparation of work schedules and rosters;
- Planning of technicians workload including booking planned maintenance and quoting work;
- Supporting with invoicing and raising purchase orders;
- Document and database management to ensure all files are updated and accurate;
- Ad hoc administration support including data entry, answering calls and filing.
Skills & Experience
In addition, you will also have:
- Adaptive communication style to ensure an open, professional and friendly manner to all levels within and external to the organisation;
- Flexible work approach to meet the varying demands of an everchanging and fastmoving environment;
- Exceptionally high attention to detail;
- Experience assisting with submission and proposals is advantageous but not essential.
