The Opportunity
- effective solution to ensure business service level agreements are maintained.

Note:
This role is based onsite 5 days a week at our Truganina site with regular travel to our Burnley support centre

What does the role involve?

Manage and provide resolution of incidents according to service level agreements
Record and track incidents and requests
Proactively provide input into the resolution of problems and assist with the configuration of systems
Develop reports to enable improved data reporting and analysis
Keeping staff informed of requests, progress made and service interruptions
Assist the problem manager in identifying and resolving "problems" as documented within the problem management workflow diagrams

Who are we looking for?

12 years Incident / Problem Management experience
Previous experience working with Warehouse Management Systems desired
Working knowledge of data flows within and around the management of inventory
Knowledge of business systems including online orders. Retek, Appworx, biztalk, SQL, Oracle Financial Systems
Customer focused and problemsolving attitude
Strong ability to lead resolution of problems and recognize when appropriate to escalate
Excellent communication skills
