Fitness Education Manager

The Opportunity:

The Fitness Education Manager is responsible for the development of new and additional partnerships with industry-relevant RTO's & Tertiary Institutions in support of budgeted growth of health & fitness professionals (trainers, instructors, coaches and facilitators) into the Goodlife and Fitness First businesses.

This role also is responsible for the administration and growth of RTO related revenue.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

Foster and develop relationships with all fitness RTO's with the view to increase recruitment opportunities into Goodlife/Fitness First division to support budgeted growth and revenue KPI's
Continue to develop current business relationships with external RTO businesses to ensure the provision of both quality and quantity of new health & fitness professionals into Goodlife/ Fitness First
Source, develop and integrate new RTO business relationships into the business in alignment with business/financial requirement
Drive volume of future health & fitness professionals into the Goodlife/Fitness First contractor models via coordinating specific recruitment events
Work with all Goodlife/Fitness First teams to drive daily disciplines around recruitment of future health & fitness professionals in line with budgeted expectations
Achievement of all budgeted forecasts for all relevant recruitment and financial targets, as set by the business

To be successful in this role you will need:

Certificate IV Fitness or equivalent
Current CPR/First Aid certifications, or equivalent
Experience in the Fitness Industry, with significant experience in multisite environment
Management experience in the Personal Training division
Experience in coordinating fitness programs on a state or nationwide basis
Demonstratable knowledge of PT recruitment and development
