Description

In your role, you will coordinate and deliver a range of quality business support and administrative activities, including other project activities as required.

Accountabilities include but are not limited to: - provide administrative support to the Executive Director, Directors and Unit Managers
- coordinate meetings, correspondence, reports and Unit information and advice
- monitor progress of tasks to ensure deadlines and quality outcomes are achieved
- develop and maintain working relationships and partnerships across a range of internal and external stakeholders including colleagues within TMR and MSQ, Local, State and Federal agencies, service providers, industry, Traditional Owners and community groups
- provide support and contribute towards the efficient and professional delivery of the Maritime Property Program (MPP), Boating Infrastructure Program (BIP) and the Torres Strait Islands Marine Infrastructure Program (TSIMIP)

To be considered suitable for the role you will have: - Demonstrated experience in providing accurate, timely and administrative support within a regulatory environment. Strong coordination skills, particularly in relation to ministerial correspondence, briefing notes, parliamentary requests, and other correspondence. Sound computer literacy including Microsoft 365 and recordkeeping systems. Ability to maintain effective communication and relationships between key internal and external stakeholders and contacts.
