u&u Recruitment Partners are proud to be partnering with one of Queensland's leading Tertiary Education providers to recruit 2 x Training and Instructional Designers to support the next phase of a Salesforce implementation.

This is an initial 6-month day rate contract based in Brisbane with great work from home options available (2 days in office / 3 from home)

About the Role:

Assist in the development and design of new training / technology initiatives including but not limited to: documentation, testing, training, coordination, rollout and evaluation.

This includes presenting ideas that will enhance the trainee's learning experience;
Manage the logistics for training delivery including securing venues and set-up;
communication with participants, set up and access to training environments, follow up of the learning programmes;
Facilitate and deliver face to face, video and eLearning training materials for the identified team members;
Support the engagement with teams responsible for the implementation of CRM and MA solution and deliver presentations to staff on the new technology platform business improvement initiatives;
Manage project tasks to deliver project deliverables on time; and

Coordinate and maintain eLearning training resources on the appropriate project and LMS platforms.

About You:

materials. Experienced in producing training in Articulate 360;
Sound knowledge of adult training techniques including an ability to use a range of approaches to meet the needs of the business community;
Experience in training needs analysis, curriculum development, planning, delivery and assessment of instructional or education training programs for adults; and

Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships and ability to escalate and resolve learning needs related to the CRM and MA solution and its implementation.
