Description
_We are a fast-paced, dynamic family office with diversified business activities in superyacht operations, charter and sales brokerage, property development and broad investment activities._ _Due to continued growth of the group, we are looking to hire an experienced accounts assistant with an eye for detail and a keen interest for financial systems and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time position, working in our city office Monday to Friday _
This role will suit someone who is commercially minded, is a self-starter and can work and solve problems autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:_
- Finance and accounting processes for our Yacht chartering operations
- AP and AR processing for Yacht charters and brokerage entities
- EOM and EOFY accountability for the charter and brokerage group
- Reconciliation of accounts and credit cards
- Quarterly sales reporting and commissions calculations
- Liaise with brokers regarding charter invoicing and payments
About you:_
- All round experienced accounts professional with a common sense approach
- Ability to work and solve problems independently
- Diligent, precise and with a strong attention to detail
- Experience working with multiple currencies
- Experience with Xero and Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Good people and communications skills
