Part time opportunities: up to 35 hours/week
Develop your skills to become a future member of the Myer store management team

By joining the iconic Myer brand this role will see you continue to elevate the partnerships with the Management team of the store and also inspire and develop our Service and Selling teams to deliver high performance and exceed customer expectations.

Lead and motivate the team to develop creative ways to drive sales targets as well as ensuring our customers receive personal attention by creating an exceptional in-store experience.

To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours, including weekends and peak trading times.

Your Background:

People leadership / supervisory experience within a retail environment preferred
Retail sales experience and proven customer service and selling skills
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Time management, prioritisation and problem solving skills
Passion and a real love of retail
