You'll be responsible for:


  • Partner with Stakeholders to understand project objectives and coordinate the Contact Centre implementation of a portfolio of business change plans and projects
  • Consult to gather business requirements and assess viability of potential solutions to meet project needs
  • Identify opportunities to align project solutions to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify risks effecting delivery of project strategies and if necessary, deploy contingencies to ensure on time and quality completion
  • Ensure strong governance and compliance of recommendations and proposed solutions to meet regulatory and compliance needs

Important to your success:


  • Demonstrated experience leading and delivering projects within time, budget and resource constraints and sustaining outcomes
  • Knowledge of project governance and project management frameworks
  • Knowledge of Contact Centre operations including workforce planning, quality, telephony, and other contact centre technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all level with clarity, impact and influence
