Are you an organised and proactive administrative professional with a knack for efficient business operations? Join our team as a Business Support Officer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business unit's administrative activities.


The Business Support Officer works within the Office of the CEO to provide quality, proactive and professional administrative support to the unit and will support and implement business processes (including financial administration) and technology improvements that contribute to the effective functioning of the Office of the CEO.


You will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating Council, Committee and other relevant meeting, particularly in the use of digital meeting rooms and audio-visual equipment to provide for the smooth operation of meetings.


To be successful you will have demonstrated relevant industry experience, ideally working in an Administration, Government, or a Service organisation.

You will also have an interest and aptitude in learning and using a variety of digital technologies.

The successful applicant is required to complete a national criminal history check and a pre-employment health declaration.
