About the role

  • The Customer Service Management team plays a key role in maintaining a strong productive relationship with our customers. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to work on a National Defence contract which supports over 100,000 Defence Personnel.
  • Contract provides desktoprelated services across more than 450 locations around Australia including warehousing and asset management, VIP support, project services, formal messaging, and audiovisual services.

About You

  • Experience in ICT Service Management
  • Track record of developing effective relationships with the customers and your teams
  • Providing innovation which leads to improved productivity, as well as growing and transforming both the customer and our business.
