Initial contract until 15/07/2023 (possibility of extension):
Up to $468 p/d + super (40 hour week)**NSW Government Agency is looking for a Records & Information Manager to join their team in Parramatta. You will be responsible for the agency's information governance and facilitating the effective and efficient operation of the Commission's electronic and physical records management.
The Role:
- Provide oversight of the information management framework to ensure the effective management, access to, retrieval and disposal of the Commission's records
- Review the existing records management system and propose and implement a new effective information management tool/system, ensuring it has a robust security framework
- Manage and ensure the Commission's compliance with the State Records Act 1998, the ISO 9001 Quality standard, and associated standards and policies
- Review, coordinate and manage all processes, policies and procedures
- Develop and manage the Commission's business continuity framework
About you:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in the relevant field
- Experience in understanding of records management legislation, standards, policies and procedures in NSW as well as managing a records management system.
- Strong communication, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills
