About this role


We are looking for a positive and passionate individual with strong networking skills and to successfully drive and manage projects.

The role will be to support the commercial department to successfully deliver the new products to a
Mandarin speaking cliental.

The role provides a great opportunity to grow, expand and build on your existing project coordination skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain ongoing accounts of current clients and upsell where appropriate.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and generating new business.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal resources to support and contribute to the consistent delivery of high quality and successful outcomes.
  • Being able to achieve possible sales target.
  • Lead the projects and provide timely reporting and appropriate escalation of risks or obstacles and issues to be resolved that are impacting the successful delivery of projects.
  • Coordinating with R&D, Procurement, Planning and Production department to make sure that parties are on the right track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules.

We are looking for:


  • More than 1 year Customer facing/Account Management/ Project management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to priorities, meet conflicting demands on varying time scales, and to work under pressure.
  • Solid organisational, multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated problemsolving and negotiation ability to determine solutions for customers.
  • Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills
  • Project coordinating experience preferred.

Fluency in Mandarin, oral and written.

Salary:
$60, $75,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • HUNTINGWOOD, NSW 2148: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
