We are a professional estate agent located in Mount Waverley.

Our office is searching for an energetic, ambitious and hardworking person to join their fast moving contemporary office with the latest tools & technology.

We are looking for the right person who fits in our company culture, experienced and new to the industry. Training will be provided.


Requirements:

Drive and motivation
Ambition to thrive in a sales role
Excellent people skills
Live locally in the area
A reliable car
Current driver's license
Agent's representative license
Ability to speak multi languages is an added advantage.


Responsibilities:

Liaise with buyers and vendors
Conduct open for inspections
Following up with prospective buyers
Attend listing presentations
Maintain the client database
Prepare property reports
Manage pre-listing kits, mail outs, letter drops
Actively participate in the sales process
Residential listing and rentals


Salary:
$60,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission
