About the role

As a Service Adviser, located in South Australia's exclusive Lexus dealership, you will be the first point of contact for our guests.

The role requires you to have a friendly, enthusiastic and professional approach to managing our guests' needs. You will communicate with the service department to ensure guests' vehicles are repaired and delivered in a timely manner.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • First point of contact that greets our guests
  • Organise and follow up on our guests' vehicles throughout the day
  • Liaise with guests and service technicians
Skills & Experience

  • Current drivers' licence is essential
  • Friendly personality and cando attitude
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Sound computer skills
  • Enjoys working in a fastpaced environment
  • Selfmotivated, punctual, and reliable
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry/mechanical understanding is advantageous but not essential
