This is not an ICT change manager but a people collaboration and connection role.

We are currently seeking an experienced Change Practitioner to work within a CIO Branch on modernisation ICT projects, including implementation of customer analytics capability to understand user experience for various digital channels.

The focus of the Change Manager is to guide the Executive and staff through the change process and ensure the change is being implemented through strong leadership, communication, collaboration and interaction with other key activities.

Your duties may include:

Lead the organisational change management for multiple projects
Conduct information gathering activities with the project team and impacted staff to gain an indepth understanding of any concerns and/or barriers to change which need to be addressed
Develop internal and external change impact analysis and change readiness plans
Develop and implement change management strategy and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance
Stakeholder engagement, management and communications
Provide strategic change management advice to the project teams
Provide advice on new operating models

Qualifications & Skills we are seeking.

You will have experience delivering a wide range of people change programs, with a strong relationship management or business engagement background.
Experience and skills in people management, communication, learning or consulting especially in public sector.
PROSCI certification and/or coaching is desirable.
