HR Operations Officer

  • Annual Salary Range $72,751 $88,336 per annum plus superannuation

The People and Business Service Vision is to provide business enabling people and corporate services functions, to drive a high-performance culture and to support integrated operations


About the Opportunity
The HR Operations Officer provides system support and a customer centric experience for stakeholders. It also conducts processing activities to ensure data integrity within DTP's HCM platform.

Key Accountabilities

  • Stakeholder Satisfaction
  • The HR Operations Officer has responded to customer enquiries in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of users.
  • Administrative Support has exercised attention to detail in the delivery of data entry and maintenance activities into the HR systems.
  • Transactional Processing has significant knowledge of business processes, systems and tools used to action transactional business requests relating to people and position data.
  • HR Operations Knowledge business processes, systems and tools are used to action transactional business requests relating to people and position data.
  • Continuous Improvement has contributed to implementing new opportunities which improve services and resolve customer issues/concerns

Qualifications and Experience

Experience with HR or Payroll systems:

  • Prior experience working with SAP SuccessFactors
