About the Role:

**We are recruiting for Cert III and Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educators, based in the East and South of Melbourne to work in an excellent Early learning Centre, attached to a Grammar school in the suburb of Armadale.

**There are 3 positions available: - Full Time - 5 days, 8 hour shifts

Part time 3 days a week, 8 hour shifts
Part Time 5 days Lunch Cover

The centre also offers a monthly RDO, five weeks annual leave (pro rata for part time staff), quality resources, professional development and an excellent staff/child ratio.

**Key duties: - Support Team Leaders and other Educators to implement and evaluate play-based learning experiences in partnership with families; in accordance with the ELYF and NQF.

Work collaboratively with a team of educators to implement a program that places importance on care and education.
Demonstrate a professional level of written and verbal communication skills.

**Skills & Experience: - Completed a relevant Qualification in Early Childhood Education (Cert IIII/Diploma in ECE)

Have experience working in Long Day Care with a sound knowledge of EYLF and NQF
Have an understanding of the Reggio Emilia Philosophy
Flexibility to work between 7.30am 6.00pm 50 weeks per year, except public holidays
Ability to provide contact details for two educationbased references from within the last 5 years (student teacher mentors are acceptable).

Desired Skills & Experience:

Previous experience working in Long Day Care with a range of ages 05.
