About the Role:

We are seeking an efficient, and well-organized professional to join our warehouse team in Lidcombe.

As the Logistics Support Specialist, you will be able to multi-task and prioritise your work, be thorough, precise and have the ability to work on your own whilst also working with, and being supported by, a professional team.

You will support the inward and outward stock movement whilst maintaining accuracy and integrity of the store/s inventory record, as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.

You will also develop and maintain a professional relationship with third party carriers, courier companies, and freight forwarders ensuring our brands reputation and values are portrayed.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage stock movements and follow through with any discrepancies that arise
Receipt stock in accordance with policies and procedures
Approve all packing slips for payment once stock has been reconciled
Keep accurate records for all inwards and outwards inventory movements
Report to the Warehouse Supervisor on a daily basis, with any issues relating to goods movement
Process claims where required on faulty goods, late deliveries, and short deliveries

Requirements:

A current NSW forklift licence (LF)
Demonstrated experience in warehousing
Excellent communication skills
Great ability to work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Possess moderate computer skills
Selfmotivated and proactive attitude
Dedicated to high quality EH&S and ethical standards
