  • 10 year program Design, construction, maintenance and facility management services
  • Concurrent Sydney Water infrastructure projects in the western suburbs
  • Nepean Water Filtration Plant & Sydney Olympic Park office

The Opportunity


Reporting to the Program Controls Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning/scheduling functions for concurrent water infrastructure, and utilities projects in the western suburbs.


You will be responsible for the management and creation of detailed build programs that accurately reflect the conditions of the contracts, plans and specifications; monitoring and updating the construction/capital works programs on the projects and providing guidance where necessary to the engineering staff in their programming requirements.

This position will require you to travel to the
Nepean Water Filtration Plant 2 days a week and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned, including; both client and contractor Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Engineers, & Supervisors.


What you will need

  • Demonstrated experience as a Scheduler/Planner with relevant handson project planning; experience in an M&E/civil/utilities infrastructure project delivery, construction environment.
  • Expert in Primavera P6 & MS Office (5 years+ experience)
  • Expert in cost and resource loading / profiling, Earned Value Management, EOT and Delay analysis and schedule compression techniques.
  • Great technical/analytical skills, and the ability to provide sound specialist advice based on best practice and project conditions.
  • Great stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Solid water infrastructure experience
