Asset Manager -Global Renewable Energy Developer/Owner - Immediate Start - Contract

About the Company

ACRWORLD is representing a global developer and owner of renewable energy assets, with an impressive portfolio already in operation within Australia.

They have excellent financial backing and a realistic/achievable target of operational projects within the next 5 years.

About the Role

Based in Melbourne with occasional visits to site, you will provide support in maximizing the performance of operational wind/solar farms.

You will have an asset management background within renewable energy in order to hit the ground running.

It's an exciting opportunity to join a small but successful team, with scope to grow the Asset Management team as more projects become operational.

Responsibilities

Maximise asset performance
Manage relationships with key stakeholders
Budget management
Act as the interface between sitebased staff and the Melbourne
Manage compliance of assets with development approvals and other legislative requirements
Manage warranty and operations contracts for assets
Arranging subcontractors to perform minor works and inspections
Liaising with landowners and the general public
Data analysis
