About the role
We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our growing team.
This is a 6-month contract role. You will be working full-time from your home. You can be based anywhere in Australia, however, if you are located in Sydney that would be an advantage.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing personal care workers and nurses and coordinate with our clients for staff scheduling.
About us
We are a healthcare employment agency based in Sydney.
We work with disability service providers, aged cares and hospitals across Sydney and support them with their staffing needs for personal care workers and nurses.
Since our inception in Nov 2021, we are rapidly growing and the client base is constantly increasing.About you
- You must have experience working as a recruiter in a corporate environment.
- Experience in the healthcare recruitment industry is highly preferable.
- A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related discipline.
- A never give up attitude and attention to details.
- Strong communication skills.
