Our Host Employer is a well-regarded not-for-profit provider of community-based services, working in the community for over 30 years.

They specialise in working with older people, those that experience disability, mental illness, as well as those who are at risk of homelessness.

When you join this
traineeship program, MEGT will be your legal employer.

This means we will pay your wages and monitor your training while you are placed with our valuable and experienced Host Employer.

Working alongside MEGT and Registered Training Organisations, you'll get valuable on-the-job experience while you work towards a nationally accredited qualification: a Certificate III in Business.

What your day may look like:

Customer service
greeting clients/guests
Attending to phone calls from various people requiring assistance ie: mental patients, elderly people
Archiving, filing and scanning
General office duties as required
Maintaining clean and safe office environment
