Our client is a successful recruitment agency seeking an experienced recruiter to join their growing team.

Responsibilities include:

Developing a suitable account plan within your specified territory and driving potential business to a successful close.
Proactively source business via both phone and face to face with clients.
Consult with clients, understanding their business drivers and needs.
Work with colleagues to realise crossselling opportunities.
Pipeline management and personal sales target achievement
Growing the business in relevant major NSW accounts
Effective qualification upfront and through the process of tenders and other response bids

Skills/experience required;

Good verbal/written communication skills essential
Strong Excel skills able to sort, filter and cut data in different ways
Impeccable attention to details
Highly organised, managing large volumes of data

Bachelor degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience or at least 5 years experience required.

From $80,000.00 per year
