The Role:

We are looking for someone who has a proactive attitude and is self-motivated.

This role offers you the opportunity to build on your existing administration and customer service skills while being a part of a generous organisation that cares for the environment and wildlife by keeping our communities safe and green.

You will join a collaborative and supportive team based in Bayswater.

Reporting into the Operations Support Manager, you will work in conjunction with the wider team to provide administrative support on a wide range of tasks including but not limited to:

  • Data Entry into various systems
  • Processing Supplier Invoices
  • Ordering Office Supplies
  • Customer liaison
  • Assist with timesheet processing

What we are looking for:


  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills with a focus on excel
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • 23 years of Administration experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Selfmotivated with a positive mindset
