About the role


This role provides customised support to the public schools and community within Callaghan Principal Network in the Regional North School Performance Directorate.

This role provides high level executive and administrative support to the Director, Educational Leadership, Callaghan Principal Network and other senior officers within the School Performance Division to ensure that public schools and communities are supported in a targeted, timely and effective manner.

This role is Part-Time Temporary, working on Thursday and Friday only.


About you


We are looking for someone who is proactive with good people skills to form strong relationships with the schools they support.

Attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously is a must. Experience with Office 365 and MS Suites is essential, Scout, EWMS, Expense8 system knowledge is advantageous.


Essential requirements of the role

  • Hold a valid clearance to work with children (Working with Children Check) for paid employment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.

Key knowledge and experience

  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
