Bell Desk Attendant at Hyatt Centric Melbourne
As the Bell Desk Attendant you will be responsible for promptly assisting guests entering and departing the hotel.

Therefore, providing both a great first and lasting impression on guests, on behalf of the Front Office team and hotel.


Some of the responsibilities include:


  • Welcome and farewell, all guests arriving and departing the hotel.
  • Note arrival and departure details and arrange luggage assistance, storage and transportation needs
  • Safely navigate our onsite car park to valet park all guest wheels
  • Handle guest enquires and requests, assisting Front Desk and Concierge as needed
  • Get your runners on Move luggage, amenities and adhoc items efficiently to and from the guestrooms
  • Be a local Melbourne Expert and engage with our guests sharing your knowledge on the cities hidden gems

Qualifications:


About you:


  • Full Australian driver's license with the ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles (International driver's license may be considered)
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • The flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 roster, including public holidays
  • The ability to create relationships and possess great attention to detail
