RETAIL SALES ASSISTANTS/BERALA NSW
Comfort Home Care provides Home Care services to Aged Care and Disability clients 7 days per week.


Comfort Home Care is looking for Customer service and retail sales assistants who understands the value of a genuine customer service experience and can deliver that experience in an appropriate and helpful way.

We're looking for positive, energetic people to assist the community purchase Aides and equipment (Wheelchairs, walking sticks, etc.)


Sales Assistant Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for providing customers with a genuine and helpful overall retail experience.
  • Assists with maintaining merchandising standards and the Organisations Brand.

To be suitable for the role you must have:

  • 12 months proven customer service skills from a prior retail role.
  • Interest in assisting our Aged Care and Disability clients purchase the correct Aides and equipment to assist their daytoday requirements, creating a great customer experience.
  • You must be reliable and committed to the role.
  • Punctual always.
  • Team player.

Essential Requirements, before applying, you must have:

  • Resume.
  • Current Criminal/Police check.
  • Proof of 2 COVID 19 Vaccination and 1 Booster vaccination.
  • Influenza Vaccination certificate.
5. 100 points of ID.

Experience:


  • Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
  • Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Australia (preferred)
