A great opportunity to join a market-leading, Australian Luxury brand, as their new eCommerce Trade Manager, to drive digital growth & activity alongside the Head of Digital, working within a stellar, high-performing team.

The Role:

Take end to end ownership of all eCommerce trading, CRO strategy development, web optimisation & digital merchandising for a celebrated, adored Australian brand.

You will be part of a new phase of digital transformation, driving a strong omni-channel customer experience, focusing on engagement and loyalty.

Essential Skills & Experience:

An extensive eCommerce trading background, managing highprofile platforms and increasing sales and performance
Demonstrated abilities to elevate success, drive growth and continually exceed online targets
The ability to work cross functionally across Digital, CRM, Marketing & Retail, to define a strong brand identity
Demonstrated experience in online merchandising and the ability to be creative
Expertise in functionality enhancements & building out solid CRO strategies
Wider experience in Performance Marketing, devising SEO & SEM strategies and managing Agency partnerships
Prior experience in Luxury Retail, or Fashion & Apparel would be very highly regarded
You will be a real leader in industry knowledge, updates & trends, and have the ability to drive a brand to be one step ahead of the market
