In this stage of growth, EPLUS is looking for more talents, it is a great opportunity to join our EPLUS team.
Some of the responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide leadership to estimating department
- Develop cost estimates and coordinate proposals for assigned estimating projects
- Monitor project budget to ensure all expenditures are within the allowance
- Revise estimates and implement required changes
- Finalise and present tenders to the director
- Provide advice and cost planning information on a daytoday basis
- Identify and learn customer requirements for bid purposes
- Maintain client relations by being the lead contact of proposals for clients
- Manage subcontractors inclusive of compiling scope of works, tender packages, reviewing and vetting contractor quotes
- Establish and maintain a network of local suppliers and subcontractors
- Participate in pre and postbid meetings as required
- Manage multiple bids and perform as the liaison between estimating team and the director
- Collaborate and coordinate with the various departments and their leaders
- Mentor and train other estimators
- Other duties as required
To be successful you will have:
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Only
- Excellent communication and writing skills (both English and Mandarin)
- Highly organized, planner and problem solver
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to produce highquality work with meticulous attention to detail
- High levels of computer literacy
- Bachelor's Degree with a major in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or equivalent education background
- 3 years of equivalent experience in the construction industry is preferential
Salary:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
