About the Role:

Davidson are currently recruiting experienced Call Centre Consultants. There is a potential of multiple opportunities available based across Brisbane CBD.

The primary goal of the Customer Service Consultant is to respond to customer enquiries and interactions proactively and resolving their queries in a timely manner.

You will demonstrate a positive attitude and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and respond to internal and external telephone enquiries for the Contact Centre in order to provide accurate information to clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Acting as a first point of contact for customers answering inbound phone or electronic enquires ensuring overall customer satisfaction with fast and easy resolutions
  • Provide professional and outstanding customer service
  • Understand and communicate legislation and policies
  • Maintain a customer data base
  • Carry out any administration tasks necessary to assist customers and support operations of the service
  • Manage complaints with empathy and work towards a resolution by working within company processes and legislation
  • Participate and contribute to the team meetings

Skills and Experience:


  • Previous customer service experience decision making, reasoning and well developed analytical skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Officer Suite Skills & ability to use multiple software systems
  • Welldeveloped communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and establish strong and mutually beneficial connections
  • A confident and engaging phone manner
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a structured environment, that includes set policies, procedures & practices

Desirable:


  • Exposure to high volume call centre environment
  • Solid background in Call Centres & use of their systems
